Which data type is used for producing PCoA?

Hi,
I was wondering if raw data or relative abundance is used when creating the PCoA for betadiversity analysis.

Unless it is specified in the parameter options (such as in the alpha diversity analysis), it will be normalized data.

Note if you need to use unnormalized data (not recommended), choose those (“Do not …”) options in the Normalization page
