EcoOmicsDB stores species-specific details on all ~666k Seq2Fun ortholog IDs (S2F ID). The database can be searched by either S2F ID or Entrez ID. Each S2F ID profile contains
- A summary symbol and descriptions as word cloud;
- A figure displaying taxonomic coverage; and
- A downloadable table with details on each individual protein sequence within the ortholog group.
