ProteoAnalyst has built-in supports for common model species: human (hsa), mouse (mmu), rat (rno), bovine (bta), chicken (gga), zebrafish (dre), fruit fly (dme), C. elegans (cel), Arabidopsis (ath), yeast (sce), E. coli (eco), etc.
If your organism is not in the list, you can still use ProteoAnalyst by keeping organism “Not specified”. In this case, you can still perform statistical analysis as they do not rely on annotation. However, functional analysis (including pathway, PPI networks, GO) will be unavailable.
