I upload a metabolomic data and a transcriptomis data without any errors. When I launch the analysis, I waited 1 hour and still have no result. The page seems to load during all this time. Is it normal ? I have 200 genes and 120 metabolites in 2 groups.

It is not normal. Can your share with me your datasets so I can reproduce the issue. Next time, please follow our post guidelines for further trouble shooting.

Your data has two groups but only 1 replicate per group. This is not enough for statistical analysis. A minimum of 3 replicates per group would be required. I will be adding an error check for this to notify future users.
