I have been trying to upload my files into marker data profiling, however I keep receiving errors. I have uploaded the files in both csv and txt formats as well as following the data format examples as guidelines, but I am still receiving errors. These are the files I have tried uploading,
metadata file.txt (2.2 KB)
asthma_genus2000 (taxonomy_table).txt (16.3 KB)
asthma_genus2000(OTU_table).txt (95.2 KB)
I keep receiving empty errors, is there any way to resolve this issue or is there an error in my file format?
