Unspecified error during normalization step in Marker Data Profiling

Hi,

I’m trying to upload my data in the Marker Data Profiling section. The data upload works fine, and I can successfully go through the filtering step. However, when I proceed to the normalization step and keep the default settings selected, an error appears without specifying what the error is about.

I’m attaching screenshots of the error message, as well as my OTU table, metadata, and taxonomy table for reference.

I took a quick check at your data - there is only a single unique taxon at the Phylum level. This is unexpected by the system. It is fixed but you will only be able to analyze data at lower levels (not Phylum) as most the methods expect a community (not a single type) for analysis
