Hiii,
I use MDP to check on the microbial diversity of my 16s (full length) and 18s samples.
The samples were sequenced using Oxford Nanopore MinION Mk1B with Rapid Barcoding Kit.
The raw data (fastq) from MinKNOW then being quality control using porechop and fastp.
The OTU table, Taxonomy table, Phylogenetic tree were produce using QIIME2 amplicon distribution 2025.4.
Here is the data inspection after I upload the .txt and .nwk files.
All graphs/visualisations in the analysis overview can be generated except for Phylogenetic tree and Tax4fun(SILVA).
I would be very helpful if anyone can share solution for this problem.
