It seems that your metabolomics data contain only one metabolite? The reason that the tool works is based on comprehensive metabolomics coverage and microbiome measurement. Please take a look at our example data if you are not sure

I suspected this may be an issue so I also tried running the tool with an alaternative metabolite file with more metabolites, although the same issue persists. Any idea why this could be?
