Unable to download reference transcriptome files for ExpressAnalyst

Hi all,

I am trying to use ExpressAnalyst, and I believe that I have it working through Docker, but I am unable to download any of the reference transcriptome files to put in the DATABASE folder. It brings up an error page when I try to download it. I specifically need the rat one, but I tried the other links as well and none of those worked either.

If I need to build a Kallisto files myself, which file should I download from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/GCF_036323735.1/ ? If I need to build it myself, I plan on trying to follow this guide from the Pachter lab: https://pachterlab.github.io/kallisto/manual

I just tested the download links (ExpressAnalyst) - they work well. Note the file is very large and you may need to wait.

I would suggest you to try to download again. If you can follow kallisto to build the index, you should use kallisto directly which is more efficient than using Docker. The result table can be used for downstream analysis using ExpressAnalyst
