Two variable recognized but no option to compare the specific groups

Hello!

I have a dataset with sex and genotype as variables, ExpressAnalyst initially detected there was two variables, but when setting my pairs it is not giving me the otption to look at specific pairs, such as wt_male vs wt_female, the categories are either male vs female or wt vs ko. Can you assist me with this issue please?

The “Simple Metadata” is for one factor (two or multi-group comparison); For more than one factors, use the “Complex Metadata” tab and use “Covariates” to adjust other factors
