I cannot install MicrobiomeAnalystR due to Tax4Fun not being available anywhere. Trying to install the package using devtools leads to error messages saying Tax4Fun is not available for this version of R, and also says that MicrobiomeAnalystR cannot be installed due to “non-zero exit status”. In the instructions on installing package dependencies (Step 1), there is a note on where to get Tax4Fun since the older version is not supported on CRAN. However, at this location, the links to access Tax4Fun lead to pages that do not exist anymore. I was able to download Tax4Fun2, but I am unsure if I can substitute it for the original when trying to get MicrobiomeAnalystR. I am out of ideas at this point on how to work around this issue.
