The standard output in our web-based tools are
- interactive online graphics
- static images (PNG) for download - most also support high-resolution.
- text tables (.csv or .txt) for download
We also provide vector graphics (SVG or PDF) in some outputs and PDF reports (MetaboAnalyst and MicrobiomeAnalyst) in the hope that they will be useful and convenient in some cases.
However, the support for these images are limited by the underlying packages which in many cases, do not allow refined control. If your data is big, containing special characters or very long names, it is more likely to have issues. In such case, we suggest users to choose alternative (i.e. PNG or screenshot).
