Stopped dead at Analysis Overview page

I have successfully used NetworkAnalyst in the past and attempted it again. When I hit an error, I tried to replicate an analysis that I had successfully performed in the past. At “Genes/proteins list(s) upload”, I set it to “Ensembl Gene ID” and pasted the following list:

ADAM17
ADAM9
APOE
APP
BACE1
ECE1
GSK3A
GSK3B
IDE
IL1A
IRP1
IRP2
MAPK13
MAPT
MME
PSD95
PSEN1
PSEN2
REST
SNAP25
SNCA
SYPH

I uploaded the list then selected “Tissue-specific PPI” and then selected “Brain (hippocampus)”.

At that point, I get the error “No matches found for the given seed gene/proteins.”

This worked the last time I tried NetworkAnalyst

A brief check indicate potential issue based on your description: " … I set it to “Ensembl Gene ID” and pasted the following list …"

Are you sure this is the correct ID type for your input list?
