Dear all,
I would like to know if the microbiome analyst pipeline can process raw sequence data from Shotgun analysis. Or if they just follow the output from other sources. If this is the case can anyone recommend me a pipeline to process this data? I have 6 samples of shotgun analysis composing a total of 38Gb.
