Says sample names DO NOT match (metadata vs. OTU table)

Saying “One sample name was not included in the OTU/ASV” but I have checked multiple times and can’t see how that’s the case?!

Probably it’s a general error.

You have empty cells in your metadata, MicrobiomeAnalyst doesn’t accept empty spaces. Try to write “missing” in the empty cells. Don’t use N/A to fill the holes.
