Reads my paired-end library as single-read library

Hello there
Need some help.
Downloads fine the data, but reads as single-paired. My files are labeled correctly I suppose (_R1.fastq.gz/_R2.fastq.gz)

Also notice that some files are not uploaded; so I got some files paired-end forward uploaded, some files paired-end reverse, and some files that upload both reads. Why is that?
