Raw sequencing data upload

Hello,

What file formats are acceptable to upload, and do I need to upload a compressed version in addition?
My files are currently labeled as such: “NAME_A1.1.fq” and “NAME_A1.2.fq”.
I also tried uploading an example file and got the result below -

The screenshot already tells the exactly the steps that you should follow. In your case,

  1. .fq is not the format required - it should be .fastq.qz
  2. You need to upload all files extracted from the example data - the tool is designed for a study, not a single sample
