Hello, I am attempting to use the Raw Sequence Upload function in MicrobiomeAnalyst and consistently receive the following error immediately after uploading my files, “Error The content of the meta-data file is not formatted correctly! Please check!”
Some important details: My demultiplexed .fastq.gz files upload successfully; the error appears immediately after I press upload; File names match exactly; The metadata file is tab-delimited.
However, even when I download and use the example metadata file provided, I receive the exact same error. I was wondering if I could get some guidance on what I should try next?
