I have managed to compress the correct files into a zip file but the file but it only accepts files up to 100MB and mine is 122.7MB… Do you know how to get around this please or know what to suggest?
Please respect the size limit which is designed to keep our public platform (with limited computing resource) to serve many users.
For larger data (>100M), you can either do it locally (using MicrobiomeAnalystR / DADA2 package) or subscribe to our Pro service.
