Raw data processing stuck on "Pending"

Hi, this is my first time using MicrobiomeAnalyst and I am having trouble with the Raw Data Processing. When I get on to the Job Status step, the current status stays at “Pending” and eventually a blue troubleshooting page comes up. I changed the TrimLeft and TrimRight settings to 0 and I was able to get to 20% on the job status, but the troubleshooting page came up after that. Is there an issue with the website or do I need to change parameters. I have uploaded a couple pictures for reference. My Job ID# is 12236.
