I have been trying to do some raw data processing for about two months and it would get stuck on job pending.
Now, I am getting the error that none of my reads are passing the filtering step. I’ve adjusted the parameters, but keep getting the error. I am not certain that the error is with my data. Any help would be much appreciated!
