Hi, I’m having trouble uploading raw files of ITS amplicon sequencing data. On the one hand I get a red error message but on the other hand it tells me that the Metadata file was uploaded correctly, however the sequences are not uploaded and the platform is frozen.
If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
