Can I use PICRUSt2 predicted example data in the module of Analyze shotgun metagenomics data?

If not, could you give me a hint?

Certainly, you can see the example datasets generated by PICRUSt in this module … as long as you keep this in mind (i.e. predicted data, not real experimental data) during the interpretation.
