Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to change how the stacked bar plots are labeled in the taxa_abundance tab. In both types of stacked bar plots, my samples are ordered alphanumerically in each group. Is there a way to order them numerically instead?
The data I am uploading appears to be in numerical order when I upload each file, and each sample includes a letter (C1, C2, C3, etc.). I’m not sure if that would influence the output of the plot at all.
