Yes, OmicsAnalyst has been reworked.
Based on user feedback and our own experience, we feel strongly that different omics data should be processed and normalized by the optimal methods developed for that particular omics type. OmicsAnalyst will focus on supporting multi-omics integration directly from those “clean and normalized” data and leave data pre-treatment tasks to users. For instance, you can use our other tools (MetaboAnalyst, MicrobiomeAnalyst and ExpressAnalyst) for metabolomics, microbiome and transcriptomics data processing and normalization.
