I’m using the Dimension Reduction feature of ExpressAnalyst (Analysis Overview tab) to compare a few sample groups spatially in 3 dimensions, and need to obtain the percentage of variance explained by each of the 3 components in the generated plot.
As far as I’ve been able to tell crawling through all the generated files, this isn’t available or output anywhere (it can be found for components 1 and 2 in the 2D PCA plot for Quality Check and Normalization tabs, but I need all 3 component percentage of variance explained values). Am I missing it? Is this information possible to be extracted? I have only been able to find loadings positions and sample positions. Data has been input as a single expression table. Thank you! This tool has been an excellent help for me.
