New Account Confirmation Email Issue

Hello,

I am trying to create an account to analyze FASTQ data online. The only issue is I haven’t received the email to activate my account. I checked the spam folder and there isn’t anything there. I also tried using my personal email (in case there was some issue with my institutional email) but that didn’t work either even after checking my spam folder. Could someone try resending the email to nicolesherwood@arizona.edu?

Forgive me for chiming in,

I have same problem with Nicole. I have tried to create account to use ExpressAnalyst, but I couldn’t register my Email account. Could you send registration mail to tahiga@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp, or activate my account?
