I just got this current error:
- Error Differential analysis failed for metabolomics data using current parameters!
Metabolite files are in proper format. Microbiome data is not raising any flags.
Any info is more than welcomed!
Commenting here because I have the same problem. I used different browsers on different days. I played around with the data processing step thinking maybe there are problems there…
I double-checked my metadata, I know sample labels match. Could it be that I only have one column that separates the data into four classes?
The metabolites file is in proper format - I’m using untargeted metabolites with peaks, so the mz is separated by two underscores followed by RT.
Microbiome data works fine, giving results table, but can’t move further from there.
