I have tried several microbes of interest to our research and their environments but retrieved no results in their
microbial co-occurrence patterns. For example, mesorhizobium and plants combination yielded no results. Psychrobacter and seafood, no results. However, plenty of articles indicate that these microbes and the environments of our interest have associations. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. There was actually a small issue with the function for property filtration which has been fixed now. You can check the website again. And as we didn’t primarily focus on the different environment in our first version, there might be limited interactions in some very specific conditions. While we will keep expanding our database to cover more.

Is plant growth-promoting activity not included in the property? Rhizosphere microbiota can have significant impacts on plant growth, and I believe this can be considered as you consider an extension of this pipeline.
