I am impressed by your efforts and really want to incorporate them into my research, but I don’t have any knowledge about machine learning and I would like you to teach me.
I am building a device that can perform LAMP measurements and can simultaneously quantify 4-8 different types of miRNA.
Is it possible to send that data to miRNet to predict the concentration of a type of miRNA that has not been measured?
Can the results be used to predict multiple diseases (e.g. cancer, Alzheimer’s)?
