Microbial metabolomics → Abundance tables → Metadata file
Tried uploading both my data (
pap gh1 mbol s only 3 metadata.csv), and the provided example data
cd_sample.csv (1.4 KB).
Tried changing the first column title (cell A1) to “#NAME” per this post but it is still not working…
Error message:
Perhaps I am being dense here but truly lost.
You need to provide a copy of your data and metadata to reproduce the issue, not just metadata alone
The problem here is that I am having trouble simply uploading my metadata file, before I can even move onto my micro and metabo files and submit those.
Note the “#NAME” fixed the issues in my test. We will update the error message and instruction later.
