i want to do Mendelian randomization with the sample data in the mGWAS - Explorer but when I select the default in MR parameters and click in proceed bottom, the result can not observed.
The issue is caused by the recent change in the OpenGWAS database, it will be fixed soon. For now, you can try the “Causal Analysis” module in MetaboAnalyst
