Max size shared file

Hello,

I wanted to ask you all if you ever had a problem with the max size of a shared file (mothur output). Mine right now is around 80 MB, but the microbiomeAnalyst only accepts files smaller than 50MB. Why is this, and is it bad that I have an 80 MB sized shared file? Thanks!

Hello,
We can also accept zip files. You can compress the .shared file and try again.
