Max file number raw data processing

Hello,

Because I have 150 samples, I decided to upload the raw data in blocks of participants and then upload everything in the marker data profiling to analyse. However, the zip file can only have one file of OTU and not several as I do. Trying to copy information into one .txt file is not possible since the taxonomy order between each group of results (group of participants) is very different.

Do you have any suggestion regarding this issue?

Hello Shamila,

If I understand correctly, you want to have OTU and taxonomy tables separately as the result of raw data processing. We have added it on the download page and will update our website soon.

And we also suggest using our R package to process your data if you have more than 100 files.
