Hey there,
for the last 2 weeks we are facing difficulties during the login into the “Online processing (public)” of ExpressAnalyst. It always shows the very same error, which is “login database server is temporarily down”. Is it something related to my account only, or is there currently high demand for this service. We really appreciate this tool to be established in our lab, which I am initiating. If someone experiences the same or knows the solution, feel free let me know.
