Hi,
I have two FastQ files, each of which is 7GB in size. I need to reference them using Seq2Fun.
How should I proceed?
Sincerely,
Ryan

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for the reply. I did it using the command-line package. But I ran into this error, is it due to incompatibility with M1 chips?
zsh: segmentation fault /System/Volumes/Data/Users/ryanchui/Seq2Fun/bin/seq2fun --sampletable --tfmi
