Dear all,
I used the MDP module to create the KO table and metadata file. To deal with the compositional nature of the microbiome data, I chose CLR transformation before all analyses.
Now, I would like to do some functional profiling with the SDP module. Is the KO table that resulted from the MDP module automatically normalised? Is it necessary to go one step back and create the KO table from untransformed data?
