The LDA plot is displayed with incomplete species names on the Y-axis (text is cut in half). Is this a data format issue? I don’t see any parameters to modify to improve this ?

This is because the input text is too long. You can certainly edit this in your taxomony file - if you can locate this name. It is possible to support this via web interface (i.e. pro version).
