Hello!
I am experiencing an issue in NetworkAnalyst during the Network Builder step.
As an input, I used Example Gene List 1 (Endotoxin tolerance gene signature, 99 genes, Human, Entrez Gene ID).
After uploading the list and proceeding, I selected PPI, then Generic PPI, and chose IMEx Interactome with a 1st-order network.
After that, in the Network Builder - Mapping Overview, I clicked either Degree Filter or Betweenness Filter. At that point, the analysis did not complete and remained stuck loading, as shown in the attached screenshots below.
After opening the R command history, I could see that the following commands were triggered:

PlotDegreeHistogram(“degree_distribution_0_” , “NA”);

PlotBetweennessHistogram(“betweenness_distribution_0_” , “NA”);
However, the page continues loading indefinitely and does not proceed.
Could you please let me know whether this is a known issue, and whether there is any workaround I could try?
