I have been new to this analysis, we have got the output file from proteome discovery and output file is an excel sheet with lots of information. I have separated the metabolite and sample also.
I am trying to upload it in single factor analysis, first it showed error in name of metabolite with lots of special character. once I removed all of these. The next issue is about sample ID.
