Issue connecting FileZilla to server

I’m trying to upload raw FASTQ files to ExpressAnalyst through FileZilla, however I keep getting an error message…

I’m following the instructions provided on Express Analyst:

But when I put everything into “Site Manager”:

I get the following error message:

Hi again,

I realized that I was a primary user, so I simply created a new account (non-primary) and I was able to get to the RNAseq upload page:

Please disregard my previous issue.
