I am trying to install ExpressAnalystR in R-4.3.2 on a windows PC. I am having issues getting through the tutorial shown on GitHub - xia-lab/ExpressAnalystR: R functions underlying ExpressAnalyst . Looks like the installation of ExpressAnalystR encountered some issues with missing dependencies (fgsea , edgeR , limma , sva , metagenomeSeq ) and encountered permission errors while trying to copy certain files. I checked for compatibility and it seems like these packages are not available for your R version. Any ideas for how to fix this? Otherwise I am not sure how to install the package directly.
