If you install Docker or Seq2Fun package for local RNASeq processing, please make sure that the CPU types of your laptops or workstations are compatible:
- Intel (OK)
- AMD (OK)
- ARM (such as Apple M1) not OK. Known issue: slow, segmentation fault
