I uploaded them and it was processing for almost 6 hours without showing me any progress. How do I know what percent of my data is being processed? Will the process run remotely if I close my browser or no?
Your data is very big that exceeds the resource allocated to each user on our public server. Maybe you can try to do it locally using MicrobiomeAnalystR package.
