How do I filter from a given set of nodes (e.g., mRNA) to form a reduced network?

1. Enter your list of mRNA in the textbox of “Batch Selection”;
2. Select “Highlight” in the “Option”;
3. Click the “Submit” button ==> Your input mRNA will be highlighted in the network;
4. Click the “Extract” icon
   ==> A reduced network will be generated.
