I am wondering if heat tree analysis is working properly or if I am missing something. To my understanding, only significantly differentiated/enriched taxa are labeled on nodes (i.e., blue or red nodes), but I am getting labels on gray nodes as shown below (this is order level comparison between two groups). I’d very much appreciate your advice/help on this.
And these have zero log2 median ratio
