Heat tree analysis

Hello,

I am wondering if heat tree analysis is working properly or if I am missing something. To my understanding, only significantly differentiated/enriched taxa are labeled on nodes (i.e., blue or red nodes), but I am getting labels on gray nodes as shown below (this is order level comparison between two groups). I’d very much appreciate your advice/help on this.

And these have zero log2 median ratio

I’ve figured this out. Mean difference is mean difference in relative abundance rate, and this mean difference could be still significant by Wicoxon test while the median is still the same.
