Grouping samples in interactive heatmap analysis

Hi everyone,

just a quick question. Is it possible to merge our duplicate samples and get one average reading for interactive heatmap analysis?
For example, if my samples are labeled ND1, ND2 ,ND3, NB 1 NB2 and NB3 and i would like to generate heatmap for groups ND and NB…

Hello, you can add an additional column to your metadata labeling as NB and ND to generate the figure.
