Hi,
I am currently Microbiome Analyst program to perform LEfSe analysis on different populations of microbiota. From my current Graphical Summary, I have noticed a small change with the LDA value being above 2, but the mini heatmap on the right of the plot indicated a different taxa than expected when taking into account the LDA values. Am I misunderstanding how to read the values? . I understood LDA as the degree to which a feature is represented in a group. Does LDA value imply whether a feature is more prevalent in one group versus another group?
