Gene name output doesn't fetch any matches on NCBI or other searchers

Hi,

I’ve been working on a metanalysis, but I’ve got to the final stage and the data from the meta_sig_genes output reads as follows:

EntrezID | Name
X117581 | X117581
X130497 | X130497

I can’t find either this entrezID or the gene name anywhere, could anyone advise as to what form these gene names are in or how I can avoid this in the future?

It looks like the ‘X’ is just an add on to the gene name (e.g. top gene name is TWIST2 - I think), but I’m not sure and the downstream analysis on expressanalyst won’t run with the gene names like this.
